The latest Assassin’s Creed Unity DLC,Dead Kings, is now available to download for free on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Windows.
Dead Kings is set after Robespierre’s Reign of Terror, and sees Arno having a closer look at the underground catacombs, to discover the secrets of the basilica. Added to Arno’s arsenal is a lantern, and a Guillotine gun, a powerful close range and long range weapon.
Arno isn’t having a quiet archaeological expedition, although I’m sure that would be an exciting prospect to some adventure players. This time, Arno is facing a faction called the Raiders, some merciless defilers opening up the catacombs to their own ends. Arno will also meet up with some odd new celebrities, including Napoleon Bonaparte and the Marquis De Sade, whom you can see in the screenshot below.
There will also be a host of new side quests, including Murder Mysteries and enigmas. And yes, there are still coop missions, as players can work together on a heist and a new Brotherhood mission. Whichever missions you play, you will unlock new weapons, gear, and outfits that you can carry over into the main game.
