The opening animation to Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance has been revealed.
Nippon Ichi’s latest iteration on their popular tactical RPG series is the first to push forward and attempt to make use of the capabilities of the PlayStation 4. As Killia, you travel across different Netherworlds to find the heirs and overlords of each world and get them to ally with you in the fight against Void Dark. The game will allow you to have as many as 100 characters displayed on screen. Nippon Ichi also promises to bring in new systems that have not been seen in prior games.
As always, the intro features stunning animation, with designs by Takehito Harada and the music of Tenpei Sato.
Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance will be released on the PlayStation 4 in Japan on March 26, and in the West on Q3 2015.
