Media Molecule, developer of the popular LittleBigPlanet series of games, has stepped back into the limelight recently. Marcos Healey, the team's creative director, has tweeted some very interesting information:
"This years list; • Finish C64 game • Finish Concept Album • Reveal New Media Molecule 'Game' • Destroy Candy Crush Saga Inviters"
Nestled in this list is Healey's plan to reveal a new Media Molecule game. While we totally agree with his decision to destroy Candy Crush Saga players on Facebook, that's an entirely different story.
The smart bet is that they're going to announce LittleBigPlanet 4, but we're not sure why "game" is surrounded by quotes in his tweet. It's as if he's implying that the announcement doesn't concern a real game at all. Could it be that they are just making LittleBigPlanet 4 so user-oriented that their development role is minimal, channeling something like Minecraft?
