Square Enix is Hiring Talented Folks to Work on Final Fantasy 15’s Online Component

December 30, 2014 by Jacob Saylor

The more the merrier.

So, unless you can read Japanese, you may not know that Square Enix recently posted a new job position. This position is apparently pertinent to Final Fantasy 15's online component, and refers to the creation of new online games tied to the experience.

We're not sure what exactly to expect from the job opening, as it would appear that whoever signs up for the position will be handling that. With all that said, we really hope that this addition doesn't push Final Fantasy 15's development schedule back even further. Considering the game's rough development history, I don't know if we could handle another setback.

I was waiting for this game back when it was still called Final Fantasy 13: Versus. Square Enix, you've done everything but release the game that I want. Why would you do this to me?

At any rate, look out for Square Enix in 2015 and 2016. They've got big things going on under the hood, and we're looking forward to seeing what exactly those plans culminate as.
