Evolution Studios has revealed that this month’s content for Driveclub will be free to all owners.
They arrived at this decision after assessing ongoing work on fixing issues with the game’s servers. It is a show of appreciation to fans who bought the game this early.
From November 25 onwards, players will get access to the Ignition Expansion Pack, the Photo-Finish Tour Pack, and two livery packs. This adds up to five cars, 22 tour events, 10 trophies and 10 livery items, all available online and offline.
Furthermore, if you bought the Season Pass, four more packs will come up by July 2015. Season Pass owners get their 38 cards, 176 tour events, and 80 liveries on top of everything from the free November DLC.
Before that, Evolution is releasing the next major game update this Tuesday, with a host of features for everyone. A new photo mode will allow players to share the best moments with friends. On top of that, there are these changes and fixes:
· Better collision physics to reduce spin outs in multiplayer
· Softened corner cutting penalties
· Fix to update club badges for all club owners
· Club menu option to let you see everything unlocked in your club
This also comes with these new tracks:
· Yedepalli, India
· Wester Ross, Scotland
· Los Pelambres, Chile
There is still no update on when the PlayStation Plus version will be released, but Evolution promises they are fixing server capacity to make this possible as soon as they can.
