Trailer for New App Store Pokemon Title, Camp Pokemon

October 23, 2014 by Tony Ponce

A free minigame collection for your iPhone or iPad is now available.

When it rains, it most definitely pours. With Pokemon TCG Online already available for free on the App Store, it's like the gates have swung open for a multitude of new Pokemon mobile games in the future. The latest is Camp Pokemon, which we already brought to your attention a couple weeks ago. It's now available for the low, low price of "free."

As you can see in the debut trailer above, it's a simple minigame collection directed squarely at a young audiences — well, all Pokemon games are squared at young audiences, but this one seems to go even younger than that. There are six activities, including one where you throw Poke Balls to catch wandering critters, another where you locate hidden Pokemon, and another that allows you to apply Pokemon stickers to pictures from your main photo album.

Camp Pokemon requires at least iOS 7 and either an iPhone 4S or iPad 2.
