Stunning Half-Life: Singularity Collapse Fan Made Film

July 12, 2011 by Ian Miles Cheong

This live action Half-Life fan-made film borrows and successfully executes a variety of techniques from the games.

Half Life: Singularity Collapse is a fan made film that's taken more than a year to create. Created on a thousand dollar budget, the film combines in-game visuals with live action video as the film's silent protagonist suffers from the brutality of the Combine, and later stumbles around City 17 with the aid of the Resistance.

Rather than taking on the role of Gordon Freeman or Adrian Shepard, the film presents the game's iconic characters—Freeman included—in iconic fashion.
