Sony has confirmed the PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection for August in Europe in a new post on the PlayStation Blog.
PS4 players will get access to FEZ and Road Not Taken while PS3 subscribers can unlock Crysis 3 and Proteus. PlayStation Vita users get LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 and Metrico.
Today also marks the beginning of Sony's Summer Sale across those platforms. Deals are available on a massive range of EA, Square Enix, Activision, and Sony games among others with PS+ Plus subscribers enjoying an extra 10 per cent off the reduced price.
While you can pick up a lot of good bargains in the sale, the Instant Game Collection for August does seem a tad disappointing compared to Microsoft's Games with Gold promotion for August which includes Dishonored and Crimson Dragon. Microsoft is also cutting the price of EA Sports games and Battlefield 4 at present.
Sony told Game Informer today that PlayStation Plus subscriptions have increased by 200 per cent since the launch of the PlayStation 4 last November.
