Insomniac Games has released a new trailer for Sunset Overdirve featuring a female assassin in what seems to be a dig at Ubisoft following the latter's decision not to include playable women characters in Assassin's Creed Unity, claiming it would be too expensive.
Sunset Overdrive, the colourful Xbox One exclusive which Xbox boss Phil Spencer thinks could be the console's next big thing, allows players to be just about anything they want to be and at one point in the video we see a female character wearing a white hood and clothing very similar to that of the Assassins in Ubisoft's games.
The video which shows us the character customiser, also details the game's traps and weapon combos.
Sunset Overdrive and Assassin's Creed Unity are both set for release later this year.
