We have information on new DLC for Dark Souls 2, coming from the new (reorganized) From Software.
These will be divided into three distinct chapters called the Three Crowns Trilogy. Each chapter alludes to each of the three crowns once owned by King Vendrick, and are a continuation of the story of Dark Souls 2.
In Dark Souls 2: Crown of the Sunken King, you go underground to face off a new set of enemies. Retrieving this crown will require you to pass through one of the hardest levels ever made by From, and it’s coming up first. Dark Souls 2: Crown of the Sunken King is coming July 22 to Windows and Xbox 360. and a day later on PS3.
In Dark Souls 2: Crown of the Old Iron King, you enter a massive tower engulfed by a black mist. You will have to traverse confusing and misleading paths, brimming with smoke, mist, and sorcery. Dark Souls 2: Crown of the Old Iron King is coming August 26 to Windows and Xbox 360, and a day later on PS3.
Finally, in Dark Souls 2: Crown of the Ivory King, you make your way up an ancient temple in a freezing wasteland. You will have to take on the bitter cold, low visibility, towering walls, and a hollowing emptiness. Dark Souls 2: Crown of the Ivory King is coming September 23 to Windows and Xbox 360, and a day later on PS3.
