We have a new batch of images, as well as additional information, regarding Hyrule Warriors, as found on the recently launched official Japanese site.
As you can see below, the images show various locations from the kingdom of Hyrule, as well as Link, Impa, Shia, Wizro, and Valga. Remember, these images come from a Wii U game, but were made by Tecmo Koei. They do not have the graphical detail of a game made for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One, but much like any 1st party Nintendo game, they display vivid color and can simply be described as gorgeous.
The site also reveals the full details on the Treasure Box set of Hyrule Warriors, and this is definitely one Zelda fans will want to get. Among the items listed are ‘The Hero’s Scarf’, meaning the same actual scarf Link is wearing in the game.
Along with the scarf and the game, the Treasure Box set contains a Triforce-shaped clock, an official art book, and DLC codes for three costume sets. There are three costumes under the Bravery Set, three more under the Wisdom set, and two for the Strength set. It all comes in a treasure chest shaped case, that will apparently have the chest opening sound too.
Hyrule Warriors is releasing August 14 in Japan for the Wii U. We’ll keep you up to date when a Western date has been announced. You can check out the full image gallery below.
