Kevin Spacey is Call of Duty 2014’s Villain

May 1, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

Kevin Spacey appears to be the villain in the upcoming game from Activision and Sledgehammer.

The upcoming Call of Duty title is set to feature the voice (and what appears to be the likeness) of Kevin Spacey, who’s currently starring in the TV series House of Cards. This new teaser was posted on the official Call of Duty YouTube and Instagram channels.

Spacey appears to take on the role of a very powerful villain, much like the one he played in Superman Returns. Apart from that, little else is known about Spacey’s character or what nefarious deeds he’ll be committing within the game, which is currently in development at Sledgehammer Games.

We may be misinterpreting Spacey’s role as a villain, but given the way he talks about power, we doubt that we’re in the wrong. Time will tell on May 4, when the game is fully revealed.
