In the same series of tweets, they also confirmed that Bruce Lee isn’t preorder-only. He is available out of the box if you preorder, but your can unlock him if you finish career mode.

Building up to release, fighters ’Sugar’ Rashad Evans, Scott Jorgensen, and Joe Lauzon have all tweeted about being in the new UFC game. Everyone mentioned Bruce Lee, of course.
As a quick reminder, the last UFC game prior to this was UFC Undisputed 3, developed by Yuke’s and published by THQ in 2012. In fact, you may or may not remember that when EA was initially working on an MMA game, THQ still held the rights and UFC, particularly Dana White, was in vocal opposition to EA’s project.
That’s all water under the bridge now, of course, and with the addition of Bruce Lee, there’s no doubt that this is a big return for UFC in the world of gaming after two years’ absence. We’ll make sure to keep you up to date on the latest news for EA’s latest.
