Former Cyberpunk 2077 Devs Announces Their First Game Called The Invincible

September 16, 2020 by Dennis Patrick

A brand new next-generation video game was announced.

It’s nothing new to see video game studios get built up especially from developers behind some projects you may have heard. However, this latest studio was crafted up by a development team that is turning a few heads towards their upcoming project. We’re learning today about Starward Industries, a brand new video game studio that was crafted up by former developers who were a part of CD Projekt Red.

You undoubtedly know of CD Projekt Red. This is a massive Polish video game studio that has crafted up the immensely successful The Witcher trilogy. Likewise, there’s a ton of attention set on this studio right now for their anticipated upcoming release, Cyberpunk 2077. The video game has quickly gained some worldwide attention when it was first announced and now that we’re gearing towards its release date, fans cannot wait to get their hands on a copy. Still, some may find just as much interest in another upcoming sci-fi adventure game.

Starward Industries is a brand new video game development studio that was crafted up by some former members of CD Projekt Red and their first video game title is The Invincible. In this game, players are taken to an alien hostile planet where they have to locate your missing crewmates. It’s a game all about making the right choices as well according to the official game description. Likewise, the more you dig for your crew the more you learn about this alien world.

For narrative junkies like myself, it looks like this is a non-linear story which means that the game will adapt to the choices you make and the skills you unlock. Unfortunately, we don’t know much more than that as we’re waiting for a release date and even a trailer at this point. While we wait for more details to emerge, check out the official game screenshots down below.
