Infinity Ward has released its latest patch for Call of Duty Ghosts across Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. Along with it come new DLC available for sale now on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The Wii U version is also getting an update later from Treyarch, but for now, we’ll go through the main changes below.
Among the additions are Gun Game leaderboards, the ability to view remote players’ clans, soldier clan invites and extra loadout slots in the COD app, links to the store from customization submenues, and Diamond Clan icons from the clan details page.
Stability fixes include host migration, performance improvements for modes with bots in them, reactive motion jitters, and lost connection and controller issues.
Other fixes involve improving anti-cheat and balancing out weapons and perks.
A substantial number of small fixes where done just for Extinction, including applying camos correctly, corrections to the Escapes leaderboard, a deployable money feature exploit, the addition of a Relic bonus to the post game score screen, and a fix so that the Undiscovered Truths achievement unlocks properly.
As for DLC, they include these packs: Legends Pack, Inferno Pack, Ducky Pack, Circuit Pack, Extra Slots Pack, and a Space Cats Pack. Also included are the characters Elias, Hesh, Merrich, and Keegan.
Separately, a Wii U dev over at Treyarch reaffirmed that they are also working on an update for their supported system, coming up in a few more weeks.
And yes… we are working on an update. Hoping to release that in a few weeks time.
