Titanfall High VS Insane Texture Graphics Comparison

February 17, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

Here’s what Titanfall looks like with all the settings maxed out, with its highest, ‘Insane’ setting.

Respawn Entertainment is developing Titanfall on the PC as well as the Xbox One. Unlike many other shooters, the game isn’t being ported to the PC and is instead being developed natively for the platform. The only version of the game that’s  being ported is the Xbox 360 version, which is being handled by Bluepoint Games.

Given that Titanfall is being developed natively for the PC, Respawn are able to implement high resolution textures as well as “insane” resolution textures for owners of the game with beefy rigs.

Here’s what the game looks like on “high” as well as “insane” with every setting maxed out. Click on images to view full-size.

Insane –

The differences were captured by Leetums on reddit, who notes that the differences are especially significant on the character’s arms and hands.
