Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is out for the PC, but with its release came a host of issues relating to Steam’s offline play mode. Players who were offline from the internet found themselves unable to play the game.
Kojima Productions has since released a quick update to fix the issue, and have posted details about it on Twitter.
“MGR PC Update – offline problems *should* now be fixed,” wrote KojiPro’s Steven Key. “All new downloads will be fine – those who already downloaded, files should just be replaced. Please let me know how you get on and thanks so much for your patience and support.”
