Hideo Kojima has dispelled rumors that Metal Gear Solid 5 would be making an appearance at the upcoming trade show in June.
The developer, who is best known for his work on the Metal Gear Solid series, says that the game will not be making an appearance in any shape or form at E3. He also added that the upcoming MGS title for Sony's NGP will not be a port of Metal Gear Solid 4, and will in fact be a brand new title.
Kojima says he does not plan to attend the Microsoft E3 event, but says that the studio will have some surprises to show.
Andriasang reports that Kojima Productions intends to develop a PS3 version of Peace Walker and that a new Zone of the Enders title may be in development.
