Voice actor Jay Mohr has announced that he is "working on a new Saints Row game".

It's unclear if Volition is already developing Saints Row 5 or working on additional DLC for Saints Row 4. released in August. So far two major DLCs have been released for Saints Row 4 – Enter the Dominatrix in October and How the Saints Save Christmas earlier this month.
In the image Mohr posted to accompany his tweet we can also see six characters, presumably the Saints' boss and homies but it's difficult to say with certainty who they are.
Mohr has previously lent his acting talents to the Saints Row series having voiced corporate mogul Dane Vogel in Saints Row 2.
In July of this year Volition's game design director Scott Phillips said that Saints Row 5 "will probably continue in a different direction."
