Basement Crawl Screens Blasts through Mazes

November 25, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

Basement Crawl launches as PlayStation 4 exclusive later this year.

Bloober Team hopes to extend the PlayStation 4 launch excitement with their exclusive strategy release, Basement Crawl.

Basement Crawl drags players into the depths of a macabre setting with systems similar to the classic Bomberman. The PlayStation 4 exclusive promises to bring a "multiplayer-focused" game sometime before the end of 2013.

Basement Crawl's multiplayer matches up to eight players to fight in a grid-based arena. Using the bombs and power-ups unique to each of the four classes, players set traps and use explosives to eliminate any possible threats.

Bloober Team announced Basement Crawl a few days before E3 along with the news of six other PlayStation games in development.

Basement Crawl launches on the PlayStation Store later this year.
