Following the Japanese release of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13, Square Enix wants Western audiences to feel included with a brand new special effects trailer.
The trailer stretches across the world and visits both urban cities and open landscapes. Day-and-night cycles changes the look of environments as players explore areas and fight enemies. In an 11 minute gameplay video, Lightning visits a variety of locations to show the hybrid combat of both a turn-based system and action game combos.
