GTA 5 Guide: How To Find The Rat Loader

November 4, 2013 by Ryan Parreno

The rarest car in the game is now within easy reach. Find out how to get it and what to do with it.

We have a GTA Online guide for you explaining how to get and use the rarest car in the game, the Rat Loader. Players have been spending hours trying to get one, but you don’t have to try that hard at all.

Given how easy it is to earn and get the best looking and most powerful luxury vehicles, it may seem ironic that the Rat Loader is so highly sought after, but it really is a natural consequence of how the game works. Here, it’s the ubiquitous, everyday vehicles that you have to work extra to get to.

The Rat Loader can be found in Sandy Shores, right next to the ammunitions store. Look for the location in the maps below. In case you don’t find it, or another vehicle appears, keep respawning and going back.  This will definitely be easier than any other trick, and it will work regardless of your progress or level.

Handling and braking are not the Rat Loader’s strengths, but it has top notch speed. Given how hard it is to come across one of these, you can definitely attract a lot of attention from other players taking it full speed across the highways.

However, without a doubt, the greatest thing about the Rat Loader is its customizability. There are over 20 ways to modify it, including giving it a paint job, replacing the front grill, remove the engine block, remove the engine side covers, add or remove the trash in the back, etc. If you’re at the point where you’re loaded, you can renovate it to look top notch.
