To properly merge the transition from real life to MMORPGs, Square Enix demonstrates the new house building technology currently under development for Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn.
Players won't find the same level of customization found in games like The Sims, but the house maker offers a variety of cosmetic options. Through a drag-and-drop menu interface, players can select furnishings, lights and roofs to personalize their homes.
The house building technology grants more freedom with the placement of tables, chairs and plants, but the house crafting looks like it adheres to modified templates.
Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn re-launched with a number of server issues. As an apology, Square Enix offered refunds for digitally purchased games on PSN. Final Fantasy 14 launches again on the PlayStation 4 with a beta starting in early 2014.
