Earning money in GTA Online isn't as easy as players think. The cost of items, weapons, vehicles, and upgrades are almost double the cost of the pay out earned in missions. If you're not one of the top three in the race missions, then forget about receiving cash altogether.
Other ways to earn money include robbing stores, selling cars, and delivering specific vehicles to Simeon. It's not that easy to find the cars he's looking for in Los Santos, but here's a guide that will show you where some of these cars are.
