Tropico 4 Apocalypse DLC Invites Cold War Feuds

October 18, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

Tropico 4 DLC prepares for nuclear destruction.

To prepare for nuclear destruction and the annihilation of civilizations, the Tropico 4 Apocalypse DLC urges players to ready their lands for nuclear warfare.

Players aim to build nuclear shelters to protect citizens, and suit-up with Hazmat gear to utilize the new Survivalist traits.  The new doomsday scenario challenges players to prepare for the end of nations.

Haemimont Games announced Tropico 5 earlier this summer and also released a batch of alpha-stage screenshots to show the progress of development. Tropico 5 introduces mechanics such as exploring beyond the fog-of-war to scope the landscapes for potential cities.

Players can download the Tropico 4 Apocalypse DLC for $4.99 on Steam and the Xbox Live Marketplace.
