One of the features that gamers had a problem with for the Nintendo Switch Online subscription service is the lack of free video game titles. When you look at competing platforms such as the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, the premium subscription service for their online access grants players with more current free video game titles. When compared to the Nintendo Switch, players were only given access to a limited quantity of original Nintendo Entertainment System video game titles. While they can still be enjoyed today, NES titles can be rather dated. As a result, fans have been asking Nintendo to add more platforms into the mix.
Well after some speculation and leaks online over the past year, Nintendo finally unveiled the Super Nintendo Entertainment System platform on the Nintendo Switch. This feature will act similar to the original NES titles on the Nintendo Switch, players will be able to gain access to free video game titles from the platform. Now the games are limited right now and they will be available tomorrow, but the list will continue to grow.
