X360A has listed all of the achivements for Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag which you can see below.
Black Flag is due for release on PS3, Wii U, and Xbox 360 on October 29th in the US and November 1st in Europe. The game will be a launch title for the PS4 and Xbox One later in November. The PC edition does not currently have a confirmed release date.
