The Hollywood Reporter has announced that Sony is doubling down for their upcoming Uncharted film and will indeed be going with Marvel’s Spider-Man star — Tom Holland.
Apparently Sony already has a date for the film as well; the long-awaited arrival of Uncharted on the big screen is set to release in theaters next holiday season on December 18, 2020.
We also know that 10 Cloverfield Lane director Dan Trachtenberg will be helming the project. There has been plenty of times I’ve seen the announcement of the Uncharted movie coming to theaters, but I guess I’m here again writing it for the third time.
We’ll have to wait and see if Sony can stick with this date and version of the long-awaited Uncharted movie.
