Rise of the Triad Update Brings 5 Multiplayer Maps and Hundreds of Fixes

September 16, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

Rise of the Triad 1.1 update released.

Free for all Rise of the Triad owners, Interceptor released a new 1.1 version update to introduce five new multiplayer maps and to address a number of issues.

Each map varies significantly from the next ranging from hanging platforms in the sky to dry desert canyons. Each map will come free of charge with the update and also introduces a highly requested map playlist tool. The 1.1 update for Rise of the Triad addresses a number of bugs and tweaks gathered from forums, blogs and websites to create one large patch with over 100 fixes.

Players can download the Rise of the Triad update through Steam or GOG.com. To usher in the new update, Interceptor shows off the new 1.1 content in the trailer below.
