Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call trademark filed by Square Enix

September 2, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call trademark hints at another rhythm game release.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, the rhythm game with all Final Fantasy music, may see another release in the near future.

Square Enix filed a trademark for Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call on August 27th. The trademark does not reveal much about this new Theatrhythm Final Fantasy or what platforms it may appear on.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy first released on the 3DS and later release on iOS. The 3DS version included at least three songs per game and as you played, you unlocked more songs and characters to play with. If you still needed more songs, Square Enix sold songs individually as DLC.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call may release as a direct sequel with brand new songs, or it may release with all the DLC.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy currently retails for $29.99.
