If you’re looking for some great video game titles to enjoy with friends then let us lend a helping hand. Recently we covered a post on the best video game titles that are available on the latest generation consoles suitable for single player campaigns. However, if you’re looking to enjoy some titles that features multiplayer then here are some of the best games currently available.

We’ll continue to update this list, but here are the best multiplayer video games on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch platforms.

#33 Friday the 13th: The Game
  • Developer: IllFonic
  • Publisher: Gun Media

Friday the 13th: The Game can support up to eight players, seven of which are camp counselors while one will take on the role of Jason Voorhees. There are two end goals of the game, the players will work together in order to defeat Jason while the main enemy player will search and slaughter the hidden camp counselors.

#32 Sea of Thieves
  • Developer: Rare
  • Publisher: Microsoft Studios

Sea of Thieves is all about being a pirate with a crew. Scavenge for treasure, loot islands, take to the open sea, and battle against other crews that are unfortunate enough to come across your pathway.

Since the game released, developers over at Rare have supported with new content updates and expansions that add regions or enemies into world. We imagine this game will be supported for a good while though the game heavily relies on players jumping online and playing the game with friends.

#31 Super Mario Party
  • Developer: Nd Cube
  • Publisher: Nintendo

Mario Party is made a comeback on the Nintendo Switch with the latest release, Super Mario Party. The video game is the eleventh main installment to the franchise and developed to make use of the Nintendo Switch motion controls. Just like the previous Mario Party installments, players will be going through a giant board game where they will collect coins in order to purchase a star that will be randomly placed somewhere on the map. As always, the player with the most amount of stars wins the game.

Of course, one of the more thrilling aspects of the game is the various mini-games available for players to battle through. These mini-games will pin players against each other or team players up after each round is completed during the game board portion. Likewise, for the first time ever, players will be able to join online and play, however, the full board game mode is unavailable outside of local gameplay. Instead, players will only have the option to compete in mini-games.
