Primal Carnage and ORION: Dino Horde free Steam Weekend

May 31, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

Try both dinosaur games for free this weekend.

Free this weekend, in your Steam library you will find both Primal Carnage and Orion: Dino Horde ready to download for a free weekend trial.

In Primal Carnage a team of soldiers will compete in first-person shooting action against another team of human controlled dinosaurs. Not only will the teams of soldiers choose from a variety of weapons, the dinosaur team can select a variety of dinosaurs both flying and on the ground.

If Primal Carnage doesn't feel quite right, ORION: Dino Horde, the re-release for ORION: Dino Beatdown, allows for both first-person and third-person shooting with slightly more futuristic weaponry and over 50 weapons and gear to create classes from. ORION: Dino Horde allows the dinosaur team to choose from 9 different dinosaurs, ranging from the T-Rex to the Stegosaurus. Also in Dino Horde you can drive vehicles in the large, open maps.

Both ORION: Dino Horde and Primal Carnage will stay in your library until Sunday at 1pm PDT/ 4 Eastern. If your free trial convinced you of purchasing either game, you can purchase Dino Horde for 25% off until Monday morning and you can purchase Primal Carnage for 50% until June 6th.
