Siliconera has uncovered what is supposedly the script for an upcoming PlayStation 4 advertisement and revealed that the console's marketing campaign will use the slogan "Greatness awaits."
The script for the commercial reads:
"Who are you not be great? You, with the imagination of a brilliant child and the powers of an ancient god.
"Who are you to be ordinary? You, could get away with murder, or raise the dead…
"Who are you to be anonymous? You, whose name should be spoken in reverent tones or in terrified whispers.
"Who are you to be afraid? You, who can serve as judge and jury while hoarding infinite lives.
"Who are you to be a slave to the past? You, who can travel time like the oceans and rewrite history with a single word.
"Who are you to deny greatness? If you would deny it to yourself, you deny it to the entire world."
It's worth nothing that Siliconera's source previously outed the 'Step Your Game Up' PSP marketing campaign a few months before Sony officially announced it. The commercial is expected to include references to at Killzone and Destiny specifically as well as nods towards certain gaming genres including racing and horror.
We've previously reported that the first PlayStation 4 ad is expected to be aired during the Champions League Final on May 25th though it's unknown when Sony plan to start broadcasting this specific commercial.
