The survival horror title from Madmind Studios, Agony which totally gripped us with its terrifying aesthetics with the teaser trailer back in 2016) has, unfortunately, been delayed. The game was supposed to release on March 30 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, but has now been delayed indefinitely to allow for more polish time.
The team announced the news via the Kickstarter page, asking for fan’s patience to make sure that the game is looking as best as it possibly can
“With Agony being released across PS4, PC and Xbox we are facing last steps including polishing to support every player- no matter which platform – with the best possible experience. We wish this could have been done faster but ask for your patience to ensure you get the experience you deserver[sic] when Agony is released.”
While it isn’t all that bad, Madmind announced a list of supported languages for the game, which is actually, considerably comprehensive.
– English
– French
– Italian
– German
– Spanish
– Russian
– Polish
– Turkish
– Portugese
(more languages might be added in the future)
It sucks to see a game get delayed, but personally I never think delays are a bad thing. I’d rather have a product that the team is proud of, than a dissapointing launch.
