Fortnite Update 3.3 Has Been Delayed; Epic Games Working To Resolve

March 14, 2018 by Jordan Coetsee

Due to “issues” Fortnite update 3.3 faces a delay.

The next update for Epic Game’s third-person shooter, Fortnite has been delayed.  Originally, slated to release today, 14 March for PC, PS4 and Xbox One the developer discovered an “Issue” preventing the release.

Taking to Twitter and Reddit Epic Games stated, “We discovered an issue that will prevent us from releasing v3.3 tomorrow, March 14”, the developer writes. “We’re working on solving that problem now and will update you once we know more.”

While we don’t know what the exact contents of update v.3.3 is set to be, what we do know is that the update will be introducing  Llamas, removing smoke grenades – and possibly introducing remotely detonated charges.

Epic Games’ Fortnite Battle Royale is undoubtedly one of the biggest multiplayer games of 2018, and it keeps getting bigger and bigger. A couple of days ago, the studio announced an iOS and Android versions of the title are coming to mobile devices soon. They confirmed cross-play between mobile devices and Xbox One players, and even cross-progression support.

Fortnite is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Mobile sign-ups have recently been launched, you can sign up over here.
