PAX East in Boston has recently become one of the biggest video game convention expos in the country, and gaming studios have been taking advantage of its popularity.
This year, two of the biggest studios are going to be holding panels and making some big announcements. Capcom will be announcing two new games, according to Polygon, and Blizzard will be revealing a new title.
The Capcom panel, which will be held at noon on the first day of the show, will be moderated by Francis Mao, Capcom senior director of creative services and events, and will feature a number of as yet unnamed producers and managers.
The panel will also include details on previously-announced games like Remember Me, Lost Planet, Resident Evil Revelations, and Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen.
As for Blizzard, the studio, in an invitation to IGN, stated that they will be showing off an unannounced title. “We’ve been working on a little something,” the invitation says. "It’s not a sequel, expansion or that rumored next-gen MMO (codenamed Titan), but it’s something we’re excited for you to get your hands on.”
PAX East will be in Boston from March 22 – 24.
