Kalypso Media has just announced that it plans to revive the "Jagged Alliance" brand with the release of "Jagged Alliance: Back in Action" in North America, Asia and other English-speaking countries.
According to the publisher, the game which was formerly known as "Jagged Alliance 2: Reloaded" is being developed exclusively for the PC and is a revival of Sirtech's original turn-based strategy "Jagged Alliance" series, with "significant updates" to visuals and gameplay and boasts "premium production values".
In the Kalypso Media's press release, Simon Hellwig, the Global Managing Director stated, "More than a decade after the release of the successful second title in the series, the Jagged Alliance brand commands a high level of respect. Together with bitComposer, we will do our utmost to continue the success story."
