DICE’s world war 1 themed shooter, Battlefield 1 is featuring a free weekend for Xbox One players, courtesy of the Xbox Free Play Days promotion. The weekend starts September 22nd and ends on September 24th. Unfortunately, the offer is only open for Xbox Live Gold subscribers.
The free weekend allows full access to the triple-A shooter, you’ll be able to play both multiplayer and single player without restrictions.Progress and Achievements earned will carry over to the full game if you decide to buy it.
The game is also currently on sale with Deals With Gold, Offering Battlefield 1: Revolution (which provides both the game and all DLC, past, and present) for 40% off. If you already have the game, the season pass is also running for 40% off.
Battlefields latest DLC In The Name of The Tsar dropped a couple weeks back, check out the expansion’s details below:
- 6 New Maps: Lupkow Pass (available to Premium members now), Albion, Galicia, Brusilov Keep, Tsaritsyn, and Volga River

The update will also be introducing HDR10 (High Dynamic Range) support for the applicable consoles and PCs. Updating the game with this feature will supply an “expanded contrast ratio and color palette,” resulting in “more realistic, immersive, and natural visuals.”
