Mass Effect 3 Won’t Have Multiplayer Challenges for the Holidays but BioWare Has You Covered

December 19, 2012 by Alex Co

BioWare won’t have N7 Bounty Weekends for the rest of the year, but they’re not leaving multiplayer fans empty handed.

With Christmas right around the corner, most people are taking time off from work to spend time with their families and bid 2012 goodbye in comfort.

BioWare is no different and they've announced on their official blog that they, too, will be taking the holidays off. Starting December 21. BioWare's office will be closed for the holidays, so that means there won't be any multiplayer challenges for December 28 on January 4. It's a bummer, I know,  but BioWare won't be leaving fans empty handed.

Listed below are stuff BioWare has in store to tide you over until 2013 rolls around.

  • 3 Kits Unlocked (Drell Assassin, Batarian Slasher, and Volus Protector)
  • All Hazard Maps Available
  • Two new card packs to help fill out your collections

I know I've said this before, but I'm honestly impressed with how BioWare has handled Mass Effect's first foray into multiplayer. While there's been a few kinks here and there, they've been constantly supporting it with challenges, updates and free maps.

Anyone planning on taking down some Reapers, Cerberus scum over the holidays? What other features do you want BioWare to add in ME3's multiplayer?
