Spike brought back Olivia Munn to host the Video Game Awards last weekend and if this clip is anything to go by, she actually didn't dissapoint one bit. In the heat of the moment, Munn accidentally announced that she's been red ringing Xbox's playing an unannounced Xbox 360 version of Metal gear Solid 4. Don't believe us?
