Black Ops 2 Season Pass to Include Nuketown Zombies Map, Will Be Available in December

November 12, 2012 by Alex Co

Zombies are invading Nuketown on December!

We now know one content drop planned for Black Ops 2's Season Pass. For those who doesn't know, Activision will be making Call of Duty Elite free and will, instead, re-package their map pack service in a Season Pass bundle…just like what EA did with Battlefield 3 Premium.

According to Activision's press release, the Nuketown Zombies map will be made available as a piece of bonus content for Black Ops 2's DLC Season Pass in December. It will be available first for the Xbox 360, with the PC and PS3 versions to follow suit but no timeframe has been given. Although, if we're to follow past Call of Duty games' DLCs, the PC and PS3 version will have the Nuketown Zombies map a month after it's available for the Xbox 360.

For those who purchase Call of Duty: Black Ops 2's Collector's Editions, the Nuketown Zombies map will be available to you starting tomorrow before it becomes available to Season Pass members next month.

Black Ops 2's Season Pass will contain "four epic DLC Map Packs" for the discounted price of $49.99, plus an exclusive in-game calling card and of course, the Nuketown Zombies map.

So, anyone getting Black Ops 2's Season Pass just to get the Nuketown Zombies map for "free?" If you're already decided on getting all four map packs, getting it wholesale and saving a few bucks is not a bad way to go, no?

Black Ops 2 is now available in some areas of the world. So depending on where you are, Black Ops 2 will be available later or tomorrow for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. If you're waiting on playing it for the Wii U, you'll need to wait until November 18 for both the game and the console to launch.
