Injustice 2 It’s Good to be Bad Trailer Released: Reveals Captain Cold and Scarecrow

Captain Cold and Scarecrow officially confirmed for Injustice 2.

WB Games and NetherRealm Studios have released another trailer for their upcoming superhero fighting title – Injustice 2.

The trailer, titled as “It’s Good to be Bad”, shows off some of the games villains. This includes regulars that we have seen before like Bane and Gorilla Grod, however, the trailer also reveals some new character as well. Players can now expect to see Scarecrow and Captain Cold when the game launches.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today unveiled a new Injustice™2 trailer; It’s Good to Be Bad, showcasing some of the DC Universe’s baddest Super-Villains, from Gorilla Grodd to Bane. Players can get a glimpse of the fighting styles for some of the biggest Injustice™ 2 bad guys, and how they wreak havoc on their opponents.

We recently received the third part in the on-going story trailer series for Injustice 2 as well. In the first part of Shattered Alliances viewers learned how Superman became one of Earth’s greatest threats; part-two of the trailer showcases the escalating conflict between Batman’ resistance and Superman’s regime and now part three shows players Supergirl’s side of the story. For those who aren’t familiar with Injustice lore, but want to know what’s going on in the story, you can check out the official synopsis of the game down below:

“Injustice 2 is NetherRealm Studios’ super-powered sequel to the hit game Injustice: Gods Among Us that allows players to build and power up the ultimate version of their favorite DC characters. Featuring a massive selection of DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains,  Injustice 2 continues the epic cinematic story introduced in Injustice: Gods Among Us as Batman and his allies work towards putting the pieces of society back together while struggling against those who want to restore Superman’s regime.  In the midst of the chaos, a new threat appears that will put Earth’s existence at risk.”

Injustice 2 launches for PS4 and Xbox One on May 16.
