When SNK Playmore and Tommo first announcement the revival of the world's first (and only) 24-bit video gaming platform in the form of a brand new handheld, hardcore and retro gamers, alongside those on the sidelines, responded to the news with both excitement and confusion.
Thankfully, we finally have some information that should put some fears at ease, and might even tempt some to open up their wallets for a NEO GEO X of their own. The MSRP for the Gold Edition will be $199.99 and be pre-loaded with 20 classic games. And they are:
– 3 Count Bout
– Art of Fighting
– Alpha Mission 2
– Baseball Stars 2
– Cyber Lip
– Fatal Fury
– Fatal Fury Special
– King of Fighters '95
– King of the Monsters
– Last Resort
– League Bowling
– Magician Lord
– Metal Slug
– Mutation Nation
– Nam 1975
– Puzzled
– Real Bout: Fata Fury Special
– Samurai Shodown 2
– Super Sidekicks
– World Heroes Perfect
There's also a bonus 21st game, which comes in the form of a NEO GEO X Game Card: Ninja Master's.
