There are plenty of God of War fans who is itching to get their hands on the latest installment. The reboot, God of War, was unveiled during E3 last yet as quite the surprise. It seems that this time around Kratos will be acting as a fatherly figure to a young boy while also taking on Norse mythology.
Another new change towards the game was Kratos’ voice actor as the development team opted to go with Christopher Jude this time around. Thanks to this voice actor, we might have been leaked the launch date for the upcoming exclusive PlayStation 4 title.
Christopher Judge recently updated his Twitter profile where he states that he is the voice of Kratos in God of War with the year 2017 attached. This might have been unintentional, but we could see the release of the rebooted God of War video game at some point this year.
If this actually is the case, we’ll definitely know more during the big E3 expo this year. As of right now, there have been no further statements from the voice actor, developers SIE Santa Monica Studio, or publishers Sony Interactive Entertainment.
In the meantime, we’ll have to take this information as nothing more than a grain of salt until official statements are released. Though at this point, any additional news regarding the new upcoming God of War video game will likely be saved and unveiled during E3.
