Get the detective title today.
Rockstar Games remaster of the immensely popular detective title L.A. Noire is out now for all platforms (besides PC). This marks L.A. Noire the first Rockstar game to launch on a Nintendo platform in eight years (ever since the release of GTA Chinatown Wars on DS).
If you plan on picking up the title for the switch, you’ll get the original title, and all DLC for it, in addition to a Joy-Con mode with gyroscopic, gesture-based controls, HD rumble and new wide and over-the-shoulder camera angles, plus contextual touchscreen controls for portable detective work. If you pick up the title on Xbox One or PS4 versions include 4K graphics support, enhanced lighting and clouds, new cinematic camera angles, and higher resolution textures.
Essentially, no matter what platform you decide to play on, you’ll get a solid experience, by this gen’s standards, on your chosen platform.
‘L.A. Noire for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One delivers the complete original game and all additional downloadable content with a range of technical enhancements for greater visual fidelity and authenticity, including enhanced lighting and clouds, new cinematic camera angles, high resolution textures and more. L.A. Noire plays natively in 1080p for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, and stunning 4K for PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X, capturing the grit and grime of the City of Angels like never before.’
LA Noire originally launched on Xbox 360 and PS3; there will also be a version for HTC Vive launching next week.
