PLAYERUNKNOWN’S Battlegrounds To Receive First-Person Servers Next Month

Venture out in first-person!

The widely popular arena deathmatch, PlayerUnkown’s Battlegrounds will be receiving an interesting new addition in next month’s update, First-person servers.

Taking to Twitter, PUBG Creator, Brendan Greene announced that players will be able to venture out in first-person servers.

In a follow-up tweet, however, Greene explained that “We will bring [first-person] only to EU/NA SOLO & DUO games first, and once we have polished the system, we will expand to other regions,” and when a user asked what happens to those who don’t want to play on these servers, Greene assured them that nobody will be forced to play on them.

Let’s hope the first person servers have been fairly perfected before going live. Thoughts on heading into the unknown in first-person? Let us know in the comments.

You won’t make it very far in PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS without a good weapon. But what happens when you’re in Sosnovka Military Base and you’re faced with choosing between a UMP and a Micro Uzi? Do you know the differences between each sniper rifle? And have you ever gotten a 15x scope from a supply drop?

Well, we’re here for you. We’ve written an in-depth guide to vast weapon arsenal in PUBG (excluding melee weapons since, let’s face it, it’s all about the frying pan) so you can know their weaknesses and strengths. Read below to see a breakdown of each gun in the game and their specs.
