Modders Plan to Make Half-Life 2 Playable in VR; Steam Greenlight Campaign Launched

Half-Life 3 confirmed?

If you ever wanted to play Half-Life 2 in VR, you might want to check out the recently launched Steam Greenlight campaign that promises to help fill that urge.

A group of modders are taking on one of the biggest tasks possible and are planning to make Half-Life 2 playable in VR. The modders note that once you own the game, the VR add-on will be free, however, they do note players will need their own VR headset- may it be Oculus Rift or HTC Rift.

Half-Life is the game that apparently never stops giving. Earlier this year Half-Life 2 won the Steam award for ‘Game That Deserves a Sequel’. The eventual hope is for Valve to take notice, and deliver fans the sequel they’ve been yearning after for years.
