Nintendo tickled fans’ curiosity during this year’s E3 when it showed off teaser footage of the new mainline The Legend of Zelda for Wii U. The Internet has since gone to work breaking down everything it could find in the short clip, and in particular highlighting the seemingly deliberate connections to Studio Ghibli’s masterpiece film, Princess Mononoke.
